Kutschker works with memories. Landscapes are transformed and then confronted with the course of time. Abandonded dwellings in the Californian desert change to spaces for thinking. The disappearance of the Berlin Wall is documented tellingly by a series of pairs of images showing different times.

Filmmaker and photographer
MA audio visual Media at Kunsthochschule für Medien/Köln. He has been awarded with several prizes on festivals. He is now lecturer at UDK-Berlin and Kunstakademie, Düsseldorf.
Lives and works in Köln and Berlin, Germany.
