Once again I stayed at your place at my recent visit to Berlin, and as before I only have positive things to say about smartloft -
It's a perfect accommodation for both work & pleasure .... very nicely designed flat, bright & spacious, interesting art, clean, free internet, kind & helpful staff, good location, good price.
Now I am just looking forward to my next time in berlin....

just a short note to let you know we liked our stay in the small appartment!
I really liked the way the interior space was designed and crafted. Also, everything that we needed was there, and apart from that the appartment is located in a nice and central neighbourhood.

Een hele fijne omgeving waar wij makkelijk nog een paar dagen langer hadden kunnen vertoeven. Fijne douche, mooi entree en echt helemaal van deze tijd. Wij hebben het super gehad in het appartement, was net alsof we thuis waren.

The owner was welcoming and helpful.
The compact apartment had all the facilities we needed. The design had been very carefully thought out to maximize the use of space. Double glazing reduced the street noise to zero yet allowed the option of opening them for air circulation.
We really liked the area it was lively, friendly and had plenty eating options that were reasonably priced and was close to major attractions, we walked everywhere.

Nach zwei Tagen "Probewohnen" freue ich mich auf einen laengeren Aufenthalt im November. Die Lage ist prima, das Umfeld auch und die Gestaltung des Lofts unuebertroffen.

Great apartment.. really modern and spacious. Thomas was very friendly! Would definately come back. We travelled all around Berlin and this is definately the best district to stay in. Thanks for a great stay!

It´s a very nice and relaxing area, surrounding us with nice restaurants, nice bars, parks and people. No need for sightseeing Berlin: this is it!

A fantastic stay. Berlin is an amazing city to visit and we have been fortunate to find such a great apartment to enjoy it from. The area has so much to offer and we were so close to the centre. Großartiges Apartment - ist seinen Preis 100%ig wert! Auch das "compact" ist für 2 Personen noch sehr geräumig durch das durchdachte Raumkonzept und die Designer-Möbel (der Küchenblock ist wirklich preisverdächtig). Auch das Bad ist vom Feinsten (mit Regendusche).
Dazu gibt es sogar noch einen iMac zum Surfen und Fernsehschauen.
Die Lage hat uns ebenso super gefallen. Zum Hackeschen Markt sind es vielleicht 20 Min. zu Fuß, zu U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten.
Das Viertel ist noch nicht so herausgeputzt wie z.B. die Kollwitzstraße und es gibt viele kleine Läden und Cafes gleich um die Ecke. Viele gute Tipps gibt es unter "was & wo".
Unser Favorit: die Weinerei am Zionskirchplatz.
Also: Nichts wie hin nach Berlin und im Smartloft einquartieren. Ihr werdet es sicher nicht bereuen.

We have spent 5 great days in Berlin. An amazing city. We will come back again...we think is the best thing to say about a city...I WANT TO COME BACk!
The apartment is really nice...small but very well designed. The district is one of the most beautiful of Berlin.

We stayed for 5 nights in the Large1 apartment, and it was an excellent stay in all respects. The apartment is classy (excellent interiors, with the latest amenities and fixtures) and centrally located. Parking was no problem at all. And best of all, the owners are very friendly - thank you!
