To rent out apartments is an old idea of us. Spacious and often carefully designed spaces provide the possibility to submerge into a different world of thoughts with an personal touch. The wish to create a comfortable and not expensive way to stay and work was nourished especially through regulary work stays abroad, where the accomodation was mostly provided by generic and depressiv business hotels. By the aquisition and the step by step refurbishing of an apartment house in Berlin Mitte from the year 1871 this became true.
